As from January 1st 2021 European Trademarks are no longer valid in the United Kingdom.
From that date the UK part of all European Trademark Registrations have been cloned to an identical UK trademark registration, without any action to be taken by the trademark owners.
For European Trademark Applications still pending on January 1st 2021, a separate option was arranged, which has now ended.
